HIGH-DOSAGE TUTORING

Not necessarily! We offer flexible scheduling. Some schools use our services during regular school hours, and students may even receive credit for it. Our tutoring sessions run Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm PST, to fit a variety of schedules.

Our attendance rates typically range from 70% to 90%. We prioritize attendance and promptly follow up with schools if students miss or are late to a session. We've observed a strong correlation between attendance and student progress.

All of our tutors are licensed teachers in the US, holding Bachelor's Degrees or higher. Our tutors are certified, fingerprinted, and have at least five years of classroom teaching experience. In addition to their academic expertise, they specialize in various subject areas, working with special needs students, ELL students, and across different grade levels. They are dedicated to building strong connections with students and boosting their confidence throughout the learning process.

We share feedback each week. School administrators will have access to an interactive dashboard that tracks the overall progress of students receiving tutoring. The dashboard includes attendance and concept mastery percentages, along with detailed information about students who missed sessions or showed limited progress. Administrators can filter the dashboard by student to view individual data.

We use a personalized approach to place students in either 1:1 sessions or small groups of 2-5. Once we receive student data, we analyze it to determine the most suitable placement and grouping. We then create a custom learning path aligned with State Standards for each group, designed to address learning gaps and promote significant progress toward grade-level expectations. After setting the learning paths, each group is paired with an expert, certified tutor who will work with them throughout the 10-week course.
